5 lemons juiced, I used the entire lemon.. peel and all.
2 -12 oz bottles live coconut kefir (you can use any kind of kefir)
2 droppers liquid Stevia, I prefer the vanilla flavored by Sweetleaf
1. Pour contents into a large mason jar.
2. Cover with cloth and allow to sit out on counter for 2-3 days.
3. Add stevia and ice. Stir and enjoy
