Ingredients

12 oz fresh cashew or other nut milk

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 banana
-
1 tsp local raw honey

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lacuma powder
-
1 tsp damiana powder
-
2 tbsp hemp hearts
-
1 pinch vanilla bean powder
-
1 drop Young Living lavender essential oil
* to add more protein you could add a handful of spinach or kale (optional)
Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients into a blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
