1 Minute Hollandaise Sauce

1 Minute Hollandaise Sauce

Makes 1 cup sauce

Prep Time 5 minutes total

Vitamix or other high speed blender. An immersion blender will work, too.


2 pastured egg yolks

2 tsp. water

1 Tbsp. juice from Meyer lemon

1/2 tsp. sea salt (more if desired

dash cayenne

1 cube melted unsalted, pastured RAW butter


Blend all ingredients except for melted butter. Add butter in slow, steady stream with blender on medium speed. Blend until thick. Keep warm but do not reheat…it will separate. Add additional salt or cayenne to taste.
