Golden Milk Paste

Makes approx. 1 cup paste 

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Store in fridge for up to 30 days

​High Speed Blender, I use Vitamix


This paste is a delicious Ayurvedic base for hot golden milk. Add a tablespoon to your favorite warmed nut milk, coffee, tea or just hot water.



*These measurements are approximate, depending on your flavor preference.


  • 6 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 Tbsp local honey (optional)

  • 1/4 cup fresh turmeric peeled and finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger peeled and grated or finely chopped

  • 1/2-2/3 cup best quality raw coconut oil (I use Bright Earth)

  • 1/4 cup best quality MCT oil, I use Bullet Proof 

  • 1 Tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon

  • 1 Tsp ground cardamom

  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg

  • 2 Tsp or more, freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 Tsp ground vanilla bean, or 1 Tbsp best quality vanilla bean extract

  • 1/2 Tsp  ground clove


*Try adding 1 drop of YL Thieves to your beverage. It adds additional spice, helps build immunity and soothes scratchy throats.




Place all ingredients in blender and blend (scraping sides, on/off) until smooth. Transfer to large mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 30 days
