Low Carb Flourless Chocolate Cake with  Keto Caramel Sauce

 

*Optional German Chocolate Version

Add pecan streusel and drizzle with caramel sauce

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

15 min. cook time

Makes 6 servings

 

small deep ceramic dish OR ramekins (individual souffle dishes) OR 8x8 square glass baking dish

ghee for greasing

1 TBSP raw cacao for dusting

 

Ingredients:

6 room temperature eggs

1/3 cup monk fruit sugar (I use golden by Lakanto)

2 TBSP Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil OR MCT oil

2  TBSP Bulletproof Collagen Powder 

1/2 cup cacao powder

1  TBSP coconut flour

1 tsp. vanilla bean powder/ or vanilla extract

dash sea salt

 

Directions:

In medium bowl mix all ingredients until blended. 

Spoon into prepared dishes and top with streusel (if desired). Otherwise you could serve with caramel sauce and/or vegan vanilla gelato (by Vixen Kitchen). 

 

Serve warm with caramel sauce
