Mango Salsa

Makes approximately 2 cups

4 mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro leaves, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 half jalapeño, minced
3 limes, juiced
Sea salt and freshly ground Pepper,  to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir gently and serve with

crabcakes, fish or chicken.
