Lavender Lacuma

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cashew or other nut milk

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tsp local raw honey

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lacuma powder

  • 1 tsp damiana powder

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 pinch vanilla bean powder

  • 1 drop Young Living lavender essential oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
