45 MINUTES PREP TIME
Add any type of warm nut milk OR soaked nuts with hot water. 1 Tbsp per 8 oz hot water. pour boiling water over, to cover and soak for at least 30 min. (while
preparing). You can use any type OR combination of nut or coconut milk for this recipe.
Recipe may be increased and paste can be stored for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
2 MEDJOOL DATES, PITTED
2 TSP. LOCAL RAW HONEY
1 TBSP FRESH TURMERIC, PEELED and chopped
1 TBSP FRESH GINGER, PEELED and chopped
1 TBSP raw coconut oil OR 2 tsp. Bulletproof Brain Octaine Oil
1/2 tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon
1⁄4 TSP. CARDAMOM
1⁄2 TSP. NUTMEG
1⁄2 TSP. freshly ground black pepper
1⁄2 TSP. PURE VANILLA BEAN POWDER
1/8 tsp. ground clove
*YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE therapeutic grade essential oils for spices- cinnamon, cardamom and
nutmeg, using 1-2 drops (depending on how strong you prefer).
Blend all ingredients for paste in Vitamix and store in mason jar (keep in refrigerator).
Combine turmeric paste with cashews and boiling water in Vitamix. Blend on high for approx..
30 seconds are until ingredients are well incorporated.
Serve in mugs
