Bone Broth


-Carcass from 1 chicken. Roasted or 15 minutes in instapot. Remove the breast meat and save for another use.    

-8 cups purified water

-3 garlic cloves 

- 1 onion, quartered and separated 

-2 small carrots and celery ribs, cut into large chunks 

-2Tbsp fresh parsley and other fresh herbs of choice. 

-1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar 

-1 slice fresh ginger. Not peeled

2 tsp sea salt 

1/2 tsp whole peppercorns 

1 pinch red pepper flakes



1. Place all ingredients in large pressure cooker.

2. Place lid on and seal.

3. Set cooker on high pressure for 2 hours, making sure vent is sealed. 

4. Cool to room temp and strain into mason jars or strain into a pot to serve. You can freeze jars too.
