Acai Bowl


  • TJ’s organic unsweetened açaí (in frozen section)

  • Harmless Harvest coconut water

  • for added nutrients and chocolate taste you can add a few teaspoons (to taste) raw cacao (I use brightearthfoods brand)

  • 1-2 Tbsp raw LOCAL honey
    *extra for drizzling

  • Blend in Vitamix or other high speed blender



  • chopped fresh seasonal fruit of choice. My favorites are berries, mango and banana.

  • shredded unsweetened coconut

  • chia seeds

  • cacao nibs

  • grain free granola (my favorite is Coconola) in bulk section Sunrise Natural Foods

  • Whole Foods nuts of choice
