Acai Bowl
Ingredients:

TJ’s organic unsweetened açaí (in frozen section)

Harmless Harvest coconut water
-
for added nutrients and chocolate taste you can add a few teaspoons (to taste) raw cacao (I use brightearthfoods brand)
-
1-2 Tbsp raw LOCAL honey
*extra for drizzling -
Blend in Vitamix or other high speed blender
Toppings:
-
chopped fresh seasonal fruit of choice. My favorites are berries, mango and banana.

shredded unsweetened coconut
-
chia seeds
-
cacao nibs
-
grain free granola (my favorite is Coconola) in bulk section Sunrise Natural Foods

Whole Foods nuts of choice
